WELCOME TO THE CO-PACKING CLIENT PORTAL
FORM 2 - RECIPE CHANGE REQUEST
Use this form for any proposed alterations to existing product recipes that are currently being co-packed at Sheldon Creek Dairy. Product recipe changes will not be made without this documentation to support it.
Every recipe change is subject to examination to see if any processes need to be added, modified or omitted to achieve the requested changes. Please not that any changes to a recipe, if required, can affect product co-packing cost either upwards or downwards based on process adjustments. A formal confirmation of the approved recipe change and quote on any pricing changes will follow the submission of this form.
If multiple recipes are currently being produced by Sheldon Creek Dairy, please submit a recipe change form for each recipe independently to avoid confusion.
Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for review and confirmation of recipe changes, pricing changes and execution for future purchase orders.
Please fill out this recipe change form as clearly and completely as possible. Any questions should be directed to co-packing@sheldoncreekdairy.ca.
